What is Italian Helichrysum Essential Oil?

Italian Helichrysum, also known as Helichrysum italicum or everlasting flower, is renowned for its exceptional properties.

Analgesic , it is used to relieve muscle pain, painful joints or even headaches.

Rich in italidiones, Italian helichrysum is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin against oxidative stress.

Different routes of administration:

🌿 Olfactory way : inhale directly from the bottle for 20 seconds. It is possible to diffuse it in a room, for 20 minutes every hour, using an essential oil diffuser by nebulization.

🌿 Dermal : you can also mix a few drops of Italian helichrysum essential oil with vegetable oil for skin application.

🌿 Internal route : pour 1 drop 3 times a day in a teaspoon with vegetable oil.
